Spring Water Marble Win :D!

Hey all!

Spring, spring...where art thou?

Yes, in London its still not springy feeling. Cold and gloomy all week with one day of sun shine..nothing new huh?

I decided to do  a water marble and hope to Jesus that it will work, I took out about 10000000 (meaning only 10) polishes to try out and I found that thin polishes work best and the odd thick polish.

A lot of mess was made but this is the outcome!

Passion Fruit!

Rock!

Tree Hugger!

Craving Coral!

That's all the polishes used over a white base of white :)

Now I couldn't just let this manicure stay how it is and decided to mattify it :D

Swatcher ~ Sinful Colors - Kissy!

Hey girls!

Following on the Sinful Colors haul from two posts ago (HERE) this is the last shade I indulged in!

It's a lovely blue with gold speckles in it, seriously this shines so much in the light and the transition of colors really pops and its very noticeable...gotta say this is one of my favorite blue shades so far and I know that Mr Dork will defo approve of this shade!

My swatch shows four extremely thin coats, my nail line is still visible but who cares?

It's sooooo pretty! I love how the color really shows! Although one annoying point is that when removing my nails still had the gold speckly bits on it, I found that kinda frustrating!

Its so speckled and really so extremely shiny, totally one of my best buys :D

Keep your eyes peeled out for some nail art tomorrow with this bad boy!

Swatcher ~ O.P.I - Her Majesty's Secret Service + Glequins!

Hey!

How are you all doing?

Remember a few weeks back I did a post on money saving ideas? well if you don's HERE is the post!

I was one of the first 50 entrants and I received a gift box which included Ciate sequin manicure thingy and one O.P.I nail polish from the 007 bond collection (I think). I was soooo happy I got an O.P.I nail polish sine they're just so over priced!

Here is a swatch of the shade I got which is such a lovely shade of grey with gold, pink and light blue speckles! 

My swatch shows four thin layers :)

Unfocused to show the lovely speckles!

I decided to snazz this swatch up by adding some glequins from the Ciate kit and I have to say I effing hate glequins...why? because I managed to spill the pot on myself and get it stuck to every effing thing possible! FUUUU! Washed my hands 10x to get rid of the stupid glitter bits!

Here is the manicure I did :)

What do you think? I actually love how this turned out and I really don't want to take off ever!!

Swatcher ~ Sinful Colors And Some Nail Art!

Hey Girls!

I've been so busy recently doing so many things my body actually aches! Fortunately I always have time for nail polish!

Recently I found out from Claire - Nothin' but a nail thing that Boots is carrying Sinful colors, I remember I bought my first Sinful color from Poundland and I love the application so I quickly hurried off to Boots to pick up some more colours! 

I bought three colours, today I have a swatch of two of the colours :)

First up is Timbleberry!

Such a lovely pink!!!!!!!! I love it and im not a fan of pink! 

Next up is Innocent!

I'm biased, I just love this green! Throw any green at me and I'll still love it!

Now to spice these swatches up I just did some simple nail art buy painting it on a plastic sleeve and using zig zag scissors I cut them up!

What do you think? I love the simple effect of creativity :)

Swatcher ~ Barry M ~ Greenberry And Doodle Nails!

Hey Girlies!

I have a swatch of Barry M's - Greenberry! When I heard they will be releasing 4 new colours for their Gelly range I was quick to jump and buy Greenberry!

I didn't really get a chance to paint my nails properly with it till yesterday..it took one thin coat and two thick coats to get it perfect. There was a lot of streaking and pulling so that was frustrating..however, its still shiny and im still pleased with how it turned out!

*DROOOOL*

I love how shiny it is! I decided that this color needs some nail art on it and decided to doodle on my nails with a pen, after being inspired by Alice from One Nail To Rule Them All and her tutorial post on Paisley Print

Fishtail thingy?

Hi all!

I'm not really sure what this manicure is called but I think its fishtail? maybe? I dunno! Someone correct me!

Twas pretty easy to achieve and so damn simple to do even I could do it!

I added dots to give it some sort of elegant look!

I PRESENT TO YOU FISHTAIL THINGY! (didn't mean to be capital but now I cant be arsed fix it! don't hate!)

State of my cuticles are horrendous I shall fix them when I have time!

Textured Skittle Fun!

Hey all!

I am loving the last post I did which is the drip manicure, you can find it HERE darlings!

Following on I decided to do a random skittle using another one of the textured nail polishes I own which is Barry M - Ridley Road (Swatch HERE) with one of the new polishes I invested in which is NYC - Boundless Berry!

I love the colour combo! It's totally odd but works I think!

Chocolate Banana Milkshake Drip!

Hey!

Today I have for you the all simple 'Drip Manicure"

I've been meaning to do it for a very long while now...been putting off for ever! That's until I saw Skye from Curly Polish do it, her drip mani is soooo beautiful I had to try it out for myself (find her post HERE)

I didn't really thing about the colour combination at all here! I bought some new nail polish recently so just had a base coat of NYC - In A New York Minute - Park Ave on my nails! Its a lovely brownish kinda colour kinda like a light milkshake! I also painted an accent nail of Barry M's Textured - Atlantic Road....then it suddenly hit me...DRIP MANICURE....CHOCOLATE BANANANANA MILKSHAKE THINGY!

Thus I present

You can really see the texture in the pictures since I didn't add topcoat!

What do you think of drip manicures? I found it so easy to achieve with a dotting tool!

Swatcher ~ NYC Rock Muse Smokey Top Coat!

Hey Guys!

Today is a special day :D its the Iranian new year!!

To celebrate we've set out a traditional table to mark the new year :) here it is!

It's soooo pretty! Thanks to my Mum who set it all out :) and the little flowers I crocheted fits lovely as little coasters!

Now onto today's swatch!

The new nail polish I've bough to make me happy this week is NYC Rock Muse Smokey Top Coat and ERRMMMAAAGERRRRD I LOVE IT! It's such a great glitter black jelly based nail polish!

I have 3 thin coats on and this bad boy dried so fast! Really impressed with it and I love the texture on the glitter!

I absolutely LOVE this nail polish and it is my new fav for sure!
