Greeny Half-Moon + Stamping!

Hey everyone!

 

I've finally gotton round to doing a half-moon manicure using the colours green >_<

 

As you all know I lurveeee the colour green and everything else green and just green :) haha

 

Today, I just decided to watermark everything like I used to with my blog name in white at the bottom or top. Just felt a little nostalgic and wanted to bring back how I used to blog, so sometimes you may see a fancy watermark and other times you may see just simple blog name!

 

Here Is the half-moon :)

 

 

 

 

Yaay! Wool! Green!

This turned out so good and has to be my favorite from all the half-moons I've done so far! I couldn't leave this manicure like this so I did some tiger stamping on top :D woooo!!

 

 

 

 

Love how the stamping turned out on top and I may just get too addicted to this manicure!

Swatcher ~ Maybelline Color Show Polka Dot - Speckled Pink‏!!

Hi Girls!

I've seen so many swatches of the new Maybelline Polka Dot polishes and thought to myself that I REALLLLLLLLLLLLY need the pink and green one!! 

Went out with my mum a few days ago and she bought em for me! Yaay!! Thanks to Mum I have the pink one - Speckled Pink as its called to show you today!

I have kinda mixed reviews on these polishes, they're amazing but the black and white bits need to be placed which is kinda frustrating...but amazingly after 2/3 coats it becomes opaque and textured! I love it!! and each coat dries quick enough to build up which I think is a major plus!!

Here are the swatches :) I have two coats on but my index could have done with another!

My mum even liked this polish and allowed me to paint on one coat for her!

But it doesn't stop there....I took this polish to college to show my tutor - Laura loved it too! So I painted it on her nails over a dark purple cherry colour :) and again happy happy ladies! 

I think its a great polish to put over other colours and I may just do that!

Definitely a best buy of the month!! Soon I'll post a swatch of the green one ;)

Yes....Another Half-moon + Stamping!

Hey all,

Yeppers, I have another half-moon greatness to show you all!

This morning I woke up refreshed and happy to start the day, I went about my routine and then decided to do my nails! 

This set up was instagramed! oh the goodness of instagram :D

I'm a bit addicted...but who isnt eh?!

I went about painting my nails and doing the half moon but didnt stop there...I decided to do some stamping on top!

Diagnol Tips!

Hey girls!

 

Got a post for you guys from school!! no watermark or editing just pure pictures! these are not worth even stealing haha so yeah....different post for you all today I guess!

 

My life is changing and im feeling really good and im really happy and optimistic about the future and what is holds for me! Moving on is the best feeling ever...so mooooove along! ;)

 

So in class today my tutor Laura, brought her nail varnish in and her stash is pretty small and consists of pinks, reds and purples!! lol, she loves those colours! haha, she even had one that was a double...she gave it to me! yaaaay!!

 

I painted my nails with it and im happy becasue this is my first Bourjois nail polish ever and I love it! this is only one coat :D has no name though :(

 

 

Really loving the quality! And I couldnt leave it like this, so I just used Rimmel London - Black Cherries and did diagnol tips :)

 

 

 

 

Super duper simple but still great looking I think!!

Another Half-moon??

Hey girls

I have yet another half-moon manicure...I am really loving these, the only reason is because I've mastered them hahaha I can get a perfect half-moon line! YAAAAY!

I love Sinful Colours - Timbleberry shade so it was only logical to put NYC - Power Of Elements on top of it to match the colours :) like a neon and foil explosion!

First here is what Timbleberry looks like :)

A really lovely shade of a neonishy pink :) has to be one of my favorites!

Now on to the real deal!

I really love how both the colours look really nice with each other and I am sure that I will do it again with green! muahahah!

Swatcher ~ Essie ~ Curve Ball!

Hey all :)

Today I just have a swatch for you all, Its nothing special or big but just a post to past the time I guess :)

The lab technician at school had some nail polish she didnt want so I took that opportunity to take a few, one of the polishes she gave me is Essie - Curve Ball a really nice shimmery purple!

I love how it looks on my nails but I dont think it goes with my skin tone..I dunno lol :)

Textured Blue Half-Moon!

Hey!

Hmm..it has been a while since I've blogged and the only excuse I can think of is laziness. This lazy thing gets me all the time and leads to being unmotivated and feeling like shit all the time. Tha'ts just me I guess...

Tri-Polish Challenge May #2 - Union Jack!

Hey girls!

I don't think I've mentioned this to you all but I love crocheting a lot, I crochet just about anything! Or try to, still an amateur but a very good one :P lol

One of the lab technicians at school also crochets so we've been holding classes together with my tutor where we just sit and crochet, talk and laugh away! I enjoy these sessions thoroughly! So what im trying to get at is that Julie (Lab technician) asked me to do her nails and wanted a Union Jack design :) so in our crochet hang outs I did her nails!

I thought that this could be part of the tri-polish challenge too as it is using red and blue :) but I left out the grey!

Here it is!

I love how it turned out and gladly she is pleased too!

Butterfly Nails!

Hey girls,

It has been a few days since I've blogged and I have a bunch of pictures I've edited that are ready to be blogged!

Just feeling a little bogged down and under the weather. Must just be "that" time of the month (how inappropriate :P) 

My awesome Honey drew me another picture of a nail design I should try out and I appreciate it very much all the help he is giving me with ideas :)

I did a green and blue gradient and then did the design as y'all can see! Maybe I went too thick with the black but I think it turned out kind okay!
